In addition, we will always check with the national Do-Not-Call Registry before we send you any marketing message or make any marketing call to your Singapore telephone number. How long does Prestige RM keep the information?
We shall retain your personal data for as long as is necessary for the above-mentioned purposes and take reasonable measures to destroy any personal data that is no longer necessary to meet those purposes.

How you can control your information?
If you do not want Prestige RM to contact you by telephone or SMS, you may register with the Personal Data Protection Commission’s national Do-Not-Call register. Prestige RM complies with the PDPA’s requirements on screening telephone communications with the Do-Not-Call register. Prestige RM also complies with the Singapore Spam Control Act. If you do not want Prestige RM to contact you via electronic messaging, all Prestige RM electronic communications with you provides an “unsubscribe” contact for you to remove yourself from the contact list. Should you wish to be removed from Prestige RM’s customer database at any time, or if you believe Prestige RM has inaccurate information about you, please contact us. By contacting us, you may update your personal information, opt out of any Prestige RM communications you may be receiving, or choose to be removed from the database altogether. It is important to note that Prestige RM uses your personal information to provide you with the products and services you wish to use. Prestige RM also complies with various regulatory requirements in doing so, including the requirements for customer due diligence. Withdrawal of consent for Prestige RM to collect, use or disclose personal information means that Prestige RM will stop these activities. The absence of certain key personal information, including but not limited to your name, address, email and/or telephone contacts, personal identification numbers or banking information, may cause Prestige RM to be unable to continue providing the relevant products and services to you.
